Fitness Announcements

 At the Top of the Mountain
We will offer fitness classes at the top of the mountain as well as at Buckeye Recreation Center.  The August  calendar includes our  popular Cycle/Sculpt class, Yoga, Pilates and Fitball. .  Start the day with Zumba four times a week in the morning for great fun and fitness. This summer will be an exciting time for wellness at Buckeye Recreation Center.  Get ready for Tabata Bootcamp.  This is a 30 minute class which will whip you into shape and will result in calorie burn for hours after your workout.    Check the group fitness calendars for our entire schedule of classes which are held six days a week and include all levels
 
Relax, Stretch, Strengthen, Tone and enjoy the outdoors. 
We will be holding Yoga at the Gazebo during the afternoon on every Monday and Friday at 4:00 PM all summer long.  Come join us.
A special Yoga at the Gazebo will be held on Sunday August 25 at 10:30 AM.  A great way to start your day.
